Very knowledgeable

Monte was absolutely amazing. He could always get me in rather quickly for any showing I asked for. He could answer any of my questions. He was always available (via email or text). He worked extra hard to help me close on both my home I was selling and the one I was buying. He had good suggestions to help me not to be so overwhelmed. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Closed a difficult deal

Monty and the Take Action Real Estate Team closed our deal when we least expected it. We had a difficult seller who threatened to pull our dream property off the market. Monty aggressively closed the deal when we thought discussions may have broken down. The added bonus at the end was use of the free moving truck.

Great First Time Experience
