We’re thrilled to announce the launch of TakeAction Events and Rentals. This isn’t just a new business venture—it’s our commitment to enhancing community connections and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and neighbors.

A Natural Extension

Expanding into events and rentals feels like a natural next step for us. The TakeAction team has always been dedicated to fostering community through our It’s Your Neighbor podcast & community events over the past year. This new venture allows us to deepen our engagement with the local community and support even more people in our neighborhoods – would not have been possible without our partners!

Family at the Core

What makes TakeAction Events and Rentals truly special is the personal touch that comes from our family. Our leadership team understands the importance of creating spaces where people come together. Our partners, Nadine Machkovech and Shannon Reyment, are leading the way with their unique skills and experience. Nadine and Shannon’s involvement ensures that TakeAction Events and Rentals is more than just a service—it’s a heartfelt community effort. We’ve already hosted a variety of events, from sound and breathwork sessions with RISE & RAW to charity events, client cookouts, tailgate events, corporate rentals across the Fox Valley, and even a bridal ceremony.

Here’s what you can expect from TakeAction Events and Rentals:

• Décor & Rentals: We offer a wide range of options, including elegant backdrops, glamping tents, custom signs, rustic décor, pub tables, uplighting, and ceremony arches.

• Setup & Takedown: Our team manages setup and takedown, so you can focus on enjoying your event – you even have access to our Take Action Moving truck, party supplies, and tool rental.

• Event Space Rentals: Choose from our versatile spaces, available for half or full-day rentals:

  • Large Garage Event Space: A newly renovated area with indoor/outdoor access, three 10’ garage doors, temperature control, a bar, and a bathroom. Ideal for company parties, graduations, family gatherings, and more.

  • Offices & Conference Room: Perfect for meetings and training sessions.

  • Outdoor Patio: Enjoy our private patio with a pond and firepit for a serene event backdrop.

Looking Ahead

Setting up TakeAction Events and Rentals has been an incredibly rewarding journey. We’re looking forward to several exciting community events, including the Fall Fest on October 19th at EPIC Event Center—stay tuned for more details! This fall, we’ll also host a workout ‘bootcamp’ in the garage. Plus, don’t miss this weekend’s Sip & Shake fundraiser for Nichole Garcia’s Dancing with Our Stars, which supports Casa Melanie.
